Shipping policy

As mentioned in Section 5 of our Terms of Service Policy, "We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you."

Depending on your location, shipping times and costs will vary. 

Please ensure you order your item(s) earlier than necessary if you require your item(s) by a certain timeframe, as we cannot rush this process and will not respond to e-mails asking for the process to be faster. We cannot guarantee that items will be received within the suggested timeframes. We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays.

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, and depends on where it is being sent, how many items you purchase, their weight, and what it will need to be sent in. 

Within Australia
Please allow up to 14 days to receive your item(s). Please contact us at button@made-by-button.com if it has become past those 14 days. We will not reply to your e-mail if it is before this timeframe. We will not tolerate bullying, harassment, or threats and have the right to refuse helping if we feel that we are being treated unfairly. 

For All Other Countries
