How should I care for my products? 
FOR MATERIAL PRODUCTS: Cold hand wash only, as putting any of our products in the washing machine, dryer or hot water may cause colour fading, shrinkage, or other forms of damage that cannot be reversed. Allow to dry on a clothesline indoors only. We do not give refunds for products incorrectly cared for. Thank you for your understanding. 
FOR KEYCHAINS: Simply use a damp cloth over any of the beads or claps to clean. Do not put in the washing machine. We do not give refunds for products incorrectly cared for. Thank you for your understanding. 

How do you decide your prices? 
Made by Button's prices are set based on the following: 
   - Cost of materials, use of equipment, and website costs
   - Prices that other artists/small businesses are selling similar products for
   - Time spent producing each item
Reminder, as mentioned in every product listing, prices EXCLUDE tax. Tax will be calculated at checkout. Unfortunately, no exceptions. Thanks for your understanding. 

Will your products ever go on sale? Will you ever do sales for events like Black Friday? 
Unfortunately, as this is a small business, we cannot afford to reduce our prices. No promotions or sales will ever occur. Thank you for understanding.

Can I change something about my item, like different colour lining for a tote bag? 
Unfortunately, there will be no customisation for any of our products. How they are in the photos is how they come. Thank you for your understanding. 

Future products?
I am forever inspired to dip my toes into new crafts and learning how to make new products, so keep your eyes peeled as more items will be added to the website... there's always something fun to look forward to! 

Do you ship to my country? 
The answer is most likely yes. Please try to enter your shipping address at checkout, which will confirm this for you. We have had suspected spam messages regarding this and are no longer responding to these types questions. Thank you for your understanding. 

In-person sales...?
Maybe, in the future... I (Button) would love to visit some markets and sell my goods. I really loved the retail atmosphere and the connections I made with everyone I met! With my current unknown medical status, I cannot promise a stall any time soon... but just know, I have the biggest desire to set up stalls to sell my limited edition goodies!
