Refund policy

We do not offer returns or refunds. Thank you for your understanding. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Unfortunately, as all of our items are one-of-a-kind, we cannot offer returns. No returns, no matter the reason. Thank you for your understanding. 

Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. Once you have paid for your item(s), the purchase is final. Thank you for your understanding. 

Damaged items
Every item is thoroughly examined (and photos are taken prior to being packed and shipped) to ensure they are being sent with care. 

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately at button@made-by-button.com if the item is damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Ensure to attach photographic proof. Without photographic proof, we will not be able to fairly assess the situation and we unfortunately cannot go forward with helping. 

We will fairly evaluate the situation once we receive your e-mail. If you have been approved, you must return the item to us (we will send you the address via e-mail) before we can send you the correct item. The incorrect item(s) received must be taken to the shipping company within 14 days of us sending you the returns label, or we cannot send you the correct item. If your item(s) have been sent in the correct timeframe, please note that it may take time for your item to be sent back to us, but we will keep you updated with information as soon as we are informed ourselves. We will assess the product once we receive it to correctly assess whether the damage was done by the shipping company or not. We are allowed to change our mind about the situation if we find that the damage could not have been caused by and was not caused by the shipping company.

Received Wrong Item
If you believe you have received the wrong item, contact us immediately at button@made-by-button.com. Ensure to attach photographic proof. Without photographic proof, we will not be able to fairly assess the situation and we unfortunately cannot go forward with helping. 

If you have received a wrong item, please note that we are only human and it is okay for us to make mistakes - just like it is okay for you to as well. We will not tolerate bullying, harassment, or threats and have the right to refuse helping if we feel that we are being treated unfairly.
